When my ecosphere arrived, unfortunately two shrimp did not survive the shipment. I contacted the seller, and they responded quickly and kindly, sending replacement shrimp without any hassle. The replacements arrived safely and are doing great. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and care they showed. The ecosphere itself is beautiful and fascinating to watch. Highly recommend!
